Bella's owner had to give her up due to his medical condition. It was a very sad day at the shelter.... She's in foster now and here's what her foster mama has to say;

She’s lively, outgoing, confident, playful, and independent. She doesn’t jump onto furniture and loves to cuddle. She will put her front feet on a chair and will “talk” to be picked up. She is very intelligent and isn’t too old to learn new commands. When talked to, she turns her head and focuses on her owner. She tries to talk and doesn’t bark when her people are around. She is totally house broken. She does not shed. She is up to date on vaccines, etc. She will give kisses and loves to nuzzle you in bed if you let her. She loves long walks. She is a chow hound but is limited to her food intake but loves green beans as a treat! She responds to sit and stay commands.  Bella must be the only animal in the home, with no children.
