Frankie was abandoned and left for dead. The Los Banos Animal Control found him and took him in. But, he was scheduled for euthanasia. He had a serious eye condition and was in extreme pain. ARK took him in the day he was to be PTS. He had inverted eye lashes that needed medical care. He has been seen by an eye doctor and treated and is not going to need surgery. He is being adopted by the same family that adopted Clementine, the cat.
